New Principal to lead Blanchards Bailey’s growing Dorchester team
Blanchards Bailey has appointed a new Principal, Ian Campbell to head up the growing Dorchester office in Poundbury.
Ian joined the law firm in March 2017. He originally trained at Blanchards Bailey in 2006 and then spent eight years honing his skills at other top Legal 500 firms in Bournemouth and Reading before returning to work in his home county of Dorset.
With over a decade of experience, Ian specialises in Probate, Wills, Tax and Estate Planning and provides legal advice and guidance to families on Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, Administration of Estates, Inheritance Tax and care fee planning. He recently received an individual mention from The Legal 500 in its latest listings. Ian is also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly.
Speaking of his new role, Ian said: “I am delighted to be back with Blanchards Bailey and, in particular, leading the Dorchester office. We are building a strong team here and I am extremely focused on becoming embedded in the local community of Poundbury and building on our reputation as the leading firm in the area.
