Blanchards Bailey is an Investor in People for 12th year running
We are proud to announce that we have retained our Investors in People (IiP) accreditation for the 12th year running. Putting people first is at the heart of our business and we welcomed the opportunity to be put under the microscope with the strong desire to renew the sought after accolade.
IiP is the UK's leading people management standard and helps organisations to improve business performance through their people. During a lengthy assessment by IiP, evidence was gathered through in-depth one to one employee interviews.
This award represents an ongoing commitment to the development of our team and demonstrates a strong foundation of good practice to clients. Our growing team of 70 local employees benefit from a wide range of training opportunities for both existing and new staff, career progression for those staff who are ambitious and want to develop further, and continuing professional development activity to ensure everyone keeps abreast of current developments in their field. The recent appointment of Jane Eldridge as the firm’s HR manager and consultant further complements our commitment to our people.
Lisa Holden, Principal at Blanchards Bailey said: “The IiP assessor told us that they were particularly impressed with the supportive and friendly culture of the team and it is very satisfying to hear our aims are being noticed and recognised, as our people make our business great. It is our goal to remain as one of the most sought after companies to work for in Dorset.”
