Blanchards Bailey thanks client for service feedback
Leading Dorset solicitors, Blanchards Bailey pride themselves on providing their clients with a high level of service. To help monitor the firm’s performance in delivering excellence, the principals have in place a simple online feedback form, which is monitored and reviewed regularly.
To thank their clients for investing the time required to complete the feedback survey, participants are entered into a prize draw to win £100.
The most recent winner picked at random was Nicola Emm from Gillingham. The lucky winner was given her prize by Paul Dunlop who is a principal of the firm.
