Paralegal, Private Client

Our busy and growing Private Client department requires an experienced Paralegal. The main focus of the role will be the efficient administration of estates and the management of client affairs (where the firm are appointed under a Deputyship order or Power of Attorney). There will also be the opportunity to be involved with estate planning, the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney, the administration of trusts and the Court of Protection applications depending on the applicant’s preferences and skills.

The successful applicant will ideally have good experience of working within a busy probate team and either have already qualified or aspire to do so.

The applicant will benefit from working within an Estate Administration team whose expertise is recognised by the Legal 500.

The firm is happy to sponsor an applicant through Cilex if they already have an appropriate level of experience within a probate role and can demonstrate the attitude to combine the required study with a full-time position.

A further advantage of joining such a well-established team is that the role can, to a certain extent, be tailored to the skills and preferences of the applicant, within the above parameters.
