Retired Portland Lady is gifted £500 from Blanchards Bailey Solicitors for 1 minute’s work.
Dorchester based Solicitors, Blanchards Bailey, recently gifted £500 to retired businesswoman Mrs Williams from Portland, Dorset.
Merlin Lewis Principal of Blanchards Bailey awarded the generous prize to Mrs Williams after her name was randomly drawn from the hundreds of successful entries to the competition the firm ran in their successful ‘Law In Brief’ publication.
Mrs Williams who now teaches oil painting once a week in her studio at The Old Rectory in Poundbury commented:
“I am so pleased that I was chosen. It couldn’t have come at a better time, now I can make my Diamond Wedding Anniversary this year that little bit more special”.
